We are two friends, Christina and Meghan, who met by chance on Instagram and now we talk about all things grief and loss (with some humor thrown in). We both lost our husbands and now we are boldly living life in the wake of loss, choosing joy and overcoming the tough stuff. Grief is something we carry and we aim to not let it weigh us down, but instead, grow with it. Cheers!

Meghan lost her husband to sudden cardiac arrest in 2018. She lives in Dallas, TX and has a son, a dog, and a cat to keep her busy. She loves DIY projects and has become quite a handy person since stepping into her husband's shoes to fill that role in the house after he died.
